From inspiration to celebration - here's how Nirva Trust brings culture and art to life.
On the occasion of International Women's Day, Nirva Trust proudly presents a unique and
thought-provoking competition designed to celebrate women's voices, experiences, and aspirations.
Inspired by the often-heard phrase
Agle janam mohe bitiya na kijo (In the next birth, do not make me
a
daughter), this contest seeks to transform that incomplete sentence into something deeply personal and
empowering, filled with your own identity, dreams, and reflections.
Echoing the words of the
legendary singer Lata
Mangeshkar, who once said she would not wish to be herself again in another birth, this competition
encourages women to express their individuality and perspectives with honesty and creativity.
Through this initiative, Nirva Trust aims to honor
women's voices and provide a platform where their stories, poetry, and reflections can shine, making
International Women's Day not just a celebration, but a meaningful dialogue on identity, aspiration,
and empowerment.
